Products

Orders

By placing an order with Elira, you confirm that the information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in circumstances where we are unable to fulfill it.

Pre-Orders

Certain products may be offered as pre-orders.

When placing a pre-order, you understand that the product is not immediately available and will be produced after the pre-order period closes.

Estimated production and fulfillment time is 2–4 weeks after the pre-order closes.

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once an order has been placed.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) unless otherwise stated.

Shipping fees are calculated separately and displayed at checkout.

Elira reserves the right to change product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been successfully placed.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Elira website, including designs, illustrations, photographs, logos, graphics, text, and branding, belongs to Elira or is used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use Elira's content or designs without written permission.
